  • Your progress within Level 1 and Level 3 training

  • Your service's progress (e.g., readiness for launch, number of staff achieving Level 1 training)

  • Share progress information with Local Authority employees (e.g. Virtual School, Educational Psychology Service)

    • Your name

    • Your school email address

    • Your progress within the training courses

  2. How We Use Your Data. We use your data to:

    • Administer the EBSA Horizons training

    • Track individual and service-wide progress

    • Communicate with you about the training

    • Share progress information with your service's Senior Leadership Team

    1. Legal Basis for Processing. We process your data based on:

  • Legitimate interests: It is necessary for the implementation and monitoring of the EBSA training initiative within your Service and across the Local Authority.

  1. Data Sharing.

We share your personal data (name, email, and individual progress) with:

  • Your Service’s Senior Leadership Team

  • Other identified staff in your service who are actively supporting this initiative

We share anonymised, aggregated data about Service-wide progress (i.e. no personal information) with:
