Whole School Training
Comprehensive online training.
A practical tiered approach to training which enables you to prioritise your staff's CPD according to their role and level of involvement with children and families experiencing EBSA.
Level 1 designed for all staff; 45-60 minutes of practical guidance to achieve a collective, shared understanding.

Tailored for Your School’s
Journey
Flexible implementation options to fit your school's priorities.
Access to additional resources as your needs evolve.
Opportunities to connect with other participating schools.

Whole School
Accreditation
Demonstrate your school's commitment to supporting pupils with EBSA through whole-
school accreditation.
Gain recognition for your school's
proactive and compassionate approach to supporting your students and families.

A range of assessment approaches, including creative ways to powerfully elicit the voice of the child, and EBSA Risk and Resilience Profiles at the level of the child, home and school to identify where interventions and strategies can have the greatest positive impact.
The EBSA Horizons whole school audit can be submitted to show your growth towards a compassionate and child-centred approach to EBSA at an individual and whole school level. This recognises your sustainable approaches in place to improve the wellbeing of children in school.

A selection of School Staff comments/feedback (see below for 100s more):
"Such a thorough course and has really helpful strategies. Thought provoking - it made me question my own thoughts and language used around this issue, as well as possible implicit biases I may have. Really enjoyed this and feel it was an incredibly valuable use of my time."
"A must for all School staff! It is a useful insightful course lead by a professional Child and Educational
psychologist. It offers valuable tools and strategies to support and understand those who experience
EBSA."
"The flexibility is amazing. I've watched, rewatched and come back to many chapters over the last 6
months, each time being able to pick up new bits and sparking new ideas for the cases I've had. With EBSA
considerably on the rise, I'd suggest this is an essential piece of CPD for most EPs at the moment."
"A fantastic training, that gives you a deeper understanding of the possible root causes to EBSA, child, school & home and ways of working together as professionals to support the children and young people who are struggling with accessing school, putting them, at the heart of any planning of strategies & support."
