Account security: Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information when registering.
Appropriate use: Use the course for personal family support only. Don't share course materials publicly, attempt to access other users' accounts, or use the course for commercial purposes.
Respectful behaviour: Treat others with kindness and follow all applicable laws.
Ownership: Course materials remain EdPsychEd's intellectual property. You can use them for personal learning but cannot redistribute them.
Your feedback: Any comments you provide help us improve the course and may be used anonymously for this purpose.
Privacy: We collect minimal information (name, email, postcode area) and never collect information about your child. Schools and services cannot identify individual families. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Family Horizons is provided free but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues. We may update course content to improve quality - your progress will be preserved where possible.
Educational support only: This course provides information and support but does not replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice for serious concerns.
Your responsibility: You use the course at your discretion based on your family's needs. Always seek professional help for urgent wellbeing concerns.
Our liability: As a free service, our liability is limited to providing course access. We cannot be responsible for technical issues with your devices or decisions you make based on course content.
